Brayden was extremely knowledgable and easy to work with in designing the system, and the installers were top-notch and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. They were also less expensive than 2 other quotes I got for the same systems. I would definitely highly recommend them.”

“Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning is absolutely amazing. I have been a customer with them for nearly a decade, we have used them for maintenance and repairs. They are always professional, courteous and spot on with their diagnosis. Today was no different the fan was blowing in the house but no cold air coming thru the vents, I called into the Reliance office, the young lady was super professional. She said I'll have Brayden out there between 12pm and 4pm. He arrived within 1 hour of my original phone call and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and he had the new part in his truck and had it installed within another 15 minutes. I know that is probably the exception not the rule but from the time I called the office to the time the job was completed it took One hour and half. Today it's gonna be 110 degrees when my A/C broke and it was 76 in my house by the time Brayden got the unit fixed my house only heated up 81 degrees. That is incredible That is Service That is Reliance and I thank the entire TEAM.

“Cannot say enough positive things about our recent experience. Our main AC unit went out on Thursday and we got a service tech out to our home the following morning. Tech Brayden was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in diagnosing a blower motor failure and trying to get us a replacement, under warranty, ASAP. Fortunately he and the Reliance team found a replacement and he returned on a Saturday to install the new motor and get us back up and running. I did not mind the extra Saturday charge considering the quick and attentive service. Great team support and service with a special acknowledgment of thanks to Brayden!”

“Brayden came out to check our 3 year old Goodman A/C unit that was not cooling the house. After diagnosis he found a bad outside coil that was leaking refrigerant. The unit was still under warranty, but no parts were available. Brayden checked multiple sources for the parts and then gave us several options for repair. Unfortunately, we decided the best solution was to replace the whole HVAC system. Kevin ,Roberto, and Eliseo came to install our new Trane system. They did a very professional, neat, and clean installation. System is working great. This is the second time we have used Reliance for our HVAC needs and based on their service and professionalism, we will use them in the future! Thanks for a great job!”

“Today I had our Basement AC/Heat Pump replaced we took Dalen's advice and replaced it with a Trane XV 18 Variable Speed unit since I have been very happy with the other unit we replaced about 6 years ago.
The real reason for this review is to share how pleased we are with the professional service and the detail of the Installation. The work was performed by Kevin, Eliseo, and Roberto they were truly professional with the installation and the care they took in our home covering the floors, etc. They took the time to go over everything with me at the end.
We would definitely recommend This Company and this crew for your Heating and Cooling needs.

“I had a mini-split installed in my office in our garage. The guys did a great job The inside unit is a clean install. All of the outside wiring is clean
and encased in conduit. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done.
I highly recommend Reliance to anyone looking to have a mini-split installed.

This is why we have been associated with Reliance for the last 35 years , my ac and heat went out on Wed. 3/9 and we called it in and later that afternoon Reliance was at our front door. We were advise that a replacement was needed after 12 or so years ,so Daniel and crew came out and advised what a new replacement was needed and on Friday 3/11 the crew showed up and replaced the unit with no hassles or problems and were don't in no time.

“Enrique and Kevin did a great job replacing our old air conditioning system. They did a great job and were so quiet, we couldn't even tell they were here working. They were courteous and very professional, answering any questions we had. Enrique explained everything and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up any debris left from their work, leaving our home, inside and outside, as if they had not been here. When Daniel visited to make arrangements to set up the installation, he was also very courteous, professional. We definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.”

This company brings their A Game!! Exceptional in every regard! We replaced 3 heating/cooling units. The phone call to the office to schedule was handled in a professional and helpful manner. Daniel provided our estimate. We appreciated his knowledge of the products available, as well as the process. He also provided skilled oversight of the job. Jose and Roberto tackled our 1st units. Enrique and Azel handled install of the 2nd and 3rd units. The installers worked hard all day long until the job was expertly completed. Impressive!!
Reliance Heating and AC staff clearly take pride in their work, are highly competent, and deliver outstanding customer service. We appreciated that each day, prior to arrival at our residence, notice was sent via text that the crew was on its way. Everyone wore “booties” when in our home. Since the work was done during a pandemic, everyone wore masks consistently.
We thank each individual that worked on our job! You all did outstanding work, demonstrated an impressive work ethic, and provided exceptional customer service. Your professionalism is top shelf.
Just had a great experience with Reliance installation of a new A/C solution. The whole process was easy, (I just put my trust in this family owned business), but our installation team really stood out. These guys worked non-stop for two days, cleaning up behind themselves the whole time. Very impressed.
Your technician, Geoffrey, Was professional and courteous and mindful to wear mask and shoe covers. He explained everything he was doing so I would understand. Great guy (as were the installers Enrique and Roberto). I would and have highly recommended your company. So glad I found you guys!
