I am so happy with the service that Reliance provides! Raul has been the technician that has provided service for several visits. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains the condition of the unit and any problems that need addressing. Without being pushy, he discusses the possibility of needing to replace the unit and the upcoming changes with the refrigerants used. I will continue to rely on Reliance to service my unit.
