Reliance did a heating maintenance checkup call today, again sent a text telling they were on the way and included a picture of who was coming. The technician, always put on shoe protectors when coming in the house. He was respectful and worked very hard to make sure the system was working correctly. Provided pictures of what they found and didn't pressure me to purchase possibly things or services I didn't need. It is another good experience with Reliance.
