He was responsive and involved from start to finish and followed up after the install. Mercedes in the office was professional, cognizant of my privacy, kept me updated on the status of the install. Kevin and Eliseo took great care in removing my old system, installing the new heat pump and air handler. They were professional, took pride in their work, walked us through the install and use of the new thermostat. They labeled the breakers and were respectful of the property outside and indoors. They should be commended for their neatness and clean work. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.
