We returned to Phoenix in June, from a road trip to Idaho, and discovered our AC unit had given up. Walked in the door at 7pm on a Wednesday night, and it was 94 inside. We had called on Reliance before for maintenance on our old AC unit. They have always been up-front, honest, and super helpful at the same time. Expecting little to happen until after the weekend, we were blown away when they sent their top Tech (Ansel) early the NEXT MORNING to try to breathe life into our old unit. He showed me the cooked parts and presented estimated costs for repairs, verses replacement. We had questions, so Daniel (sales rep.) drove to our home later THE SAME MORNING, and met with us to help us know actual costs to repair or replace and all the options. He was not pushy at all, and didn’t candy coat anything! The honest report helped us more than I can say. We decided to replace the unit, and THE NEXT morning, Daniel had a crane and a crew there to install a beauty of a unit (at a healthy price, but totally fair - we compared several companies). The work was exceptionally clean, fast and thorough. They threw in several extras at no charge which made the deal that much sweeter for us. The warranty is amazing, and we got a free maintenance and labor check, good for a year. The house is so comfortable now, and the unit is crazy quiet. Should have done this five years ago. Five stars plus, for these guys! We highly recommend them! BL

Reliance is a great company. They are friendly and helpful when I call to schedule an appointment and they can always get me in quickly. The technicians let me know when they are on their way and are courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest HVAC company!
