A positive experience when purchasing a new RUDD variable speed HVAC unit from Reliance. Daniel spent a significant amount of time at my home making sure the unit purchased was sufficient to cool my home. He performed multiple calculations and measurements (the other companies did not do this). Prior to the purchase I received a promotional discount (thank you) lowering the price under what 3 other companies were quoting. These companies were quoting higher prices for units that were less efficient and less reputable in the industry. On the day of install the installers arrived on time and got right to work. These guys worked hard and did not take breaks until the job was done. The home was prepped to prevent any damage and cleaned prior to them leaving. The installers were very professional in the way they looked and spoke to me. Daniel was even on site for most of the job (in between his other sales calls) to ensure I was happy with the progress. Overall I was pleased with all stages of the process. The unit is functioning as described it would. The home is comfortable where there is no extreme hot or cold points due to the variable speeds built into the unit. I am confident the unit will work the same during the peak of summer. I just want to thank the entire Reliance team for a job well done. I would recommend this family owned business to anyone. I look forward to a future partnership with Reliance!
