I have used Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning for over 15 years and I love them. During this time, I used someone they recommended in Surprise for a rental and was very pleased with them; I also lived out of their work area in Maricopa for several years; but I've always come back to them when possible, because I have complete trust in the company and the owners. I've always felt like they've been truthful about the condition of my equipment and they've always serviced it correctly the first time. When I moved back to Phoenix six years ago I was worried that my A/C needed a lot of work, but they assured me that wasn't the case and I'm thrilled that they were correct. Thanks to Dalen and his crew! Update 2026: Once again Azel at Reliance HVAC has proven to be honest. I moved a distance away from Reliance so I thought I would find a company closer. After trying 3 different companies & recently being told my 4 year old AC system needed a new part, I contacted Reliance because I just didn't believe the new company. And I was completely pleased to find that after Azel came out & tested the part, it was within the mfg limits and did not need to be replaced. He charged me a very reasonable price for coming out. I will definitely keep coming back to Reliance for future work. They have earned my highest recommendation.

My service technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. I am confident he added another year at least to my AC unit. I was very happy with the outcome. I will use this company from now on!
