Reliance replaced our 21 year old 11 SEER Carrier home air conditioning system a year ago with a 16 SEER Trane which reduced our APS bill by $50/mo. A pack rat nest was recently discovered inside the outdoor condensing unit. A call to Reliance provided next day service to remove the nesting materials, check all electrical wiring for damage, & seal-off source of pack rat entry.....all at NO charge!!
