“Had 3 new Trane A/C units installed in my two-story home, and I couldn't be happier. What an improvement over my old systems. Brayden was extremely knowledgable and easy to work with in designing the system, and the installers were top-notch and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. They were also less expensive than 2 other quotes I got for the same systems. I would definitely highly recommend them.”

“Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning is absolutely amazing. I have been a customer with them for nearly a decade, we have used them for maintenance and repairs. They are always professional, courteous and spot on with their diagnosis. Today was no different the fan was blowing in the house but no cold air coming thru the vents, I called into the Reliance office, the young lady was super professional. She said I'll have Brayden out there between 12pm and 4pm. He arrived within 1 hour of my original phone call and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and he had the new part in his truck and had it installed within another 15 minutes. I know that is probably the exception not the rule but from the time I called the office to the time the job was completed it took One hour and half. Today it's gonna be 110 degrees when my A/C broke and it was 76 in my house by the time Brayden got the unit fixed my house only heated up 81 degrees. That is incredible That is Service That is Reliance and I thank the entire TEAM.

“Cannot say enough positive things about our recent experience. Our main AC unit went out on Thursday and we got a service tech out to our home the following morning. Tech Brayden was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in diagnosing a blower motor failure and trying to get us a replacement, under warranty, ASAP. Fortunately he and the Reliance team found a replacement and he returned on a Saturday to install the new motor and get us back up and running. I did not mind the extra Saturday charge considering the quick and attentive service. Great team support and service with a special acknowledgment of thanks to Brayden!”

“Brayden came out to check our 3 year old Goodman A/C unit that was not cooling the house. After diagnosis he found a bad outside coil that was leaking refrigerant. The unit was still under warranty, but no parts were available. Brayden checked multiple sources for the parts and then gave us several options for repair. Unfortunately, we decided the best solution was to replace the whole HVAC system. Kevin ,Roberto, and Eliseo came to install our new Trane system. They did a very professional, neat, and clean installation. System is working great. This is the second time we have used Reliance for our HVAC needs and based on their service and professionalism, we will use them in the future! Thanks for a great job!”
