This is why we have been associated with Reliance for the last 35 years , my ac and heat went out on Wed. 3/9 and we called it in and later that afternoon Reliance was at our front door. We were advise that a replacement was needed after 12 or so years ,so Daniel and crew came out and advised what a new replacement was needed and on Friday 3/11 the crew showed up and replaced the unit with no hassles or problems and were don't in no time.
