We had an awesome experience with Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning! We won their contest for the oldest A/C unit! They gave us a free unit and free install. They were all very nice and very professional from Daniel, Rachel, Mercedes, and Jose. We are so grateful for their kindness and generosity! They were so thorough explaining and making sure we were well taken care of.We will be recommending Reliance to everyone we know!!

Easy appointments. Trustworthy (I dont have to be there to have them in my house), communicative through text/email and they do solid work.

Reliance did a heating maintenance checkup call today, again sent a text telling they were on the way and included a picture of who was coming. The technician, Tristan, always put on shoe protectors when coming in the house. He was respectful and worked very hard to make sure the system was working correctly. Provided pictures of what they found and didn't pressure me to purchase possibly things or services I didn't need. It is another good experience with Reliance.

Our technician Raul arrived on time, was very courteous and helpful. He answered whatever questions we had, serviced our HVAC unit efficiently and changed our filters. We thoroughly trust Reliance to service our system effectively.

Old School Professionalism is alive and well at Reliance.This was the case when I experienced Reliance as my choice for a new Trane unit... The same holds true with the experience with thier platinum service care....Piece of mind isn't easy to find these days... But with Reliance and thier team it is...Today Tristan came to the house and took the time to check then explain in detail the process to keep my AC unit in top running condition... I have to also mention last season, to start the summer, Raul had done the same thing, going above and beyond what was expected according to the maintenance plan...A step back in time ,when you actually get more than you paid for...See you folks next season !!!

I can't express enough the gratitude I have for this company. I had an HVAC that was on it last leg and I had obtained other quotes from other companies. I chose them based on their professionalism, quick assessment and scheduling for replacement, thorough inspection to confirm size of unit needed, detailed notes of what was needed to complete install and to correct major issues from previous non experienced friends trying to help during time of need for the install techs, very communitive and extremely knowledgeable.When the techs arrived they were polite, friendly, and started to work right away and did not take any breaks until they were finished with my new HVAC install and all my areas were protected.The techs were amazing and just did an impeccable job. I was more than impressed of the level of quality of work they provided me and how my disaster was corrected.I don't do reviews or social media but due to the level of work they completed to correct my issues I had to and I would strongly recommend this company and will continue to use for future issues.Thanks to all the Reliance team for the above and beyond experience and service provided!!!Robin

We have had Reliance service for 10 years. They are always honest and great work done!

We were very happy with the overall estimate and installation of a new HVAC system for our home. They provided answers to all of our questions, and were able to schedule us the same week for the install. The installation went smoothly, and they were masked anytime they entered our home. The thermostat install was quick, and they demonstrated the various features of the unit.Update Oct 2024 - We had a repair request and they responded with a service call the same day since we were signed up on their maintenance plan. They came by quickly and were able to troubleshoot the problem. The parts were covered under warranty, but there was a warranty processing fee tacked on that seems like it should also be covered under a warranty repair.

Very professional- great service. Tristen came out to perform the one year complimentary check-up on our new hvac unit. He checked everything and made sure everything was in specs and even washed out the outside condenser unit. He answered all my questions. Excellent company to do business with!

Tristan came out and quickly determined the issue with one of my AC units. He explained the issue and fixed it without any issues.

Super response. Needed someone ASAP due to mistakes incurred from another AC/Heating Company. All was promptly corrected in a short time. Came out next day and earlier then time promised. Aaron was very professional and brought with him the technical skills needed for the job and answered endless questions asked. Very happy and will be calling Reliance for my future needs. Highly recommend.

As always, and we have been using them for at least 30 years, Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning have been great and yes, reliable! Kevin and Eliseo were diligent, courteous and efficient as they worked all day to replace one of our units and compressor and then explain how the Trane app works. Everyone, (the office included...Mercedes, i believe,)who came to figure out the problem and find a solution were great...(Braydon and Daniel) Professional yet friendly and never in a hurry to move on to the next call. They also were quick in initially coming out for a semi-emergency service call. Thank you all!

Reliance has been our contractor of choice for 10 plus years. Not only do they provide us with quick response times they are very honest and reliable. They are always so professional taking pictures of issues and then pictures of the repair. They take the time to explain the issue and the remedy. We have referred them to our children and other friends. I would highly highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

We had a great experience with Reliance. Received a couple of quotes regarding quarterly maintenance of our AC unit at the office. Reliance was the only company to come out & look at our machine prior to supplying the quote. They provided the most detailed explanation of what they would be doing every quarter & when I had questions they were answered quickly & precisely. With the other quotes I still had questions even after trying to get more details about the service they would be providing. Thank you Dalen & team!

Absolute professionals. Each employee, from the salesman to the technicians were professional, skilled, and courteous. They took pride in their work and were meticulous in installing our mini split unit. Cannot say enough good things about Daniel and Enrique and this small local business. My folks have had Reliance for years. They have very good customer service. My folks are gone and I live in the house and after 20 years just put in an uptodate unit in.
