“Tristan was the service technician that came to our home to take care of a water leak coming from our attic space area. He took the time diagnosis and repair the leaking condensate pipe. Finding this hairline crack was very difficult but Tristan took the time to resolve this matter that was very concerning to us! He also performed a general maintenance of our air conditioner and got it running in tip top shape! We appreciate Tristan’s attitude and professionalism.”

“Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning is absolutely amazing. I have been a customer with them for nearly a decade, we have used them for maintenance and repairs. They are always professional, courteous and spot on with their diagnosis. Today was no different the fan was blowing in the house but no cold air coming thru the vents, I called into the Reliance office, the young lady was super professional. She said I'll have Brayden out there between 12pm and 4pm. He arrived within 1 hour of my original phone call and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and he had the new part in his truck and had it installed within another 15 minutes. I know that is probably the exception not the rule but from the time I called the office to the time the job was completed it took One hour and half. Today it's gonna be 110 degrees when my A/C broke and it was 76 in my house by the time Brayden got the unit fixed my house only heated up 81 degrees. That is incredible That is Service That is Reliance and I thank the entire TEAM.
