In 1982, Dave moved his family from Iowa to Phoenix and quickly saw the endless need for reliable air conditioning in the desert heat. From the age of 10, his son worked alongside him, learning the trade in attics and on rooftops after school. Many of our longtime customers today are the same families who trusted us back in 1984. In 2002, Dave passed the torch to his son and daughter-in-law. Even in retirement, Dave still offers guidance on tough jobs and remains a cherished part of our story.
