Azel came out and checked my thermostat. The furnace would not turn off at the set temp. and kept heating. He came within about an hour of my call to the office. He gave me some options. We are trying the most reasonably priced one, which basically involved redoing the wiring connection from the Carrier thermometer to the Carrier thermostat. He also checked on the compatibility of a basic thermostat with my 14 year old 2 stage equipment, and told me it was possible. I will see how this basic repair works, and consider the estimate for a new thermostat, vs. replacing old units in the future, if this happens again. I think Reliance Heating and AC does its best to diagnose the problem and give you sensible options depending on the age of your equipment. I am happy with their service. They only charged me for the basic service call.

We have lived in the valley for over 30 yrs ,when we purchased our house we inherited Reliance from the previous owner. We have been loyal customers ever since. They have replaced our unit and have maintained it thought out the years . they have treated us almost like family ,we asked lots of questions and have had great responses. As a matter of fact most of our cul-da-sac uses Reliance. Reliance has always had our backs and have treated us above and beyond in price and quality of work.
We always recommend to our friends that need ac work.

This is why we have been associated with Reliance for the last 35 years , my ac and heat went out on Wed. 3/9 and we called it in and later that afternoon Reliance was at our front door. We were advise that a replacement was needed after 12 or so years ,so Daniel and crew came out and advised what a new replacement was needed and on Friday 3/11 the crew showed up and replaced the unit with no hassles or problems and were done in no time.
