Old School Professionalism is alive and well at Reliance.This was the case when I experienced Reliance as my choice for a new Trane unit... The same holds true with the experience with thier platinum service care....Piece of mind isn't easy to find these days... But with Reliance and thier team it is...Today Tristan came to the house and took the time to check then explain in detail the process to keep my AC unit in top running condition... I have to also mention last season, to start the summer, Raul had done the same thing, going above and beyond what was expected according to the maintenance plan...A step back in time ,when you actually get more than you paid for...See you folks next season !!!

I can't express enough the gratitude I have for this company. I had an HVAC that was on it last leg and I had obtained other quotes from other companies. I chose them based on their professionalism, quick assessment and scheduling for replacement, thorough inspection to confirm size of unit needed, detailed notes of what was needed to complete install and to correct major issues from previous non experienced friends trying to help during time of need for the install techs, very communitive and extremely knowledgeable.When the techs arrived they were polite, friendly, and started to work right away and did not take any breaks until they were finished with my new HVAC install and all my areas were protected.The techs were amazing and just did an impeccable job. I was more than impressed of the level of quality of work they provided me and how my disaster was corrected.I don't do reviews or social media but due to the level of work they completed to correct my issues I had to and I would strongly recommend this company and will continue to use for future issues.Thanks to all the Reliance team for the above and beyond experience and service provided!!!Robin

We were very happy with the overall estimate and installation of a new HVAC system for our home. They provided answers to all of our questions, and were able to schedule us the same week for the install. The installation went smoothly, and they were masked anytime they entered our home. The thermostat install was quick, and they demonstrated the various features of the unit.Update Oct 2024 - We had a repair request and they responded with a service call the same day since we were signed up on their maintenance plan. They came by quickly and were able to troubleshoot the problem. The parts were covered under warranty, but there was a warranty processing fee tacked on that seems like it should also be covered under a warranty repair.

Kevin and Eliseo were diligent, courteous and efficient as they worked all day to replace one of our units and compressor and then explain how the Trane app works. Reliance was the only company to come out & look at our machine prior to supplying the quote. We have called Reliance 3 times over the past 3 years. Our son recommended the to us. The first call was to request a quote on a replacement heatpump. Daniel came out to the house and strongly recommended that we allow him to look the unit over before committing to replace it. We followed his advice and he was able to fix a wiring issue and we're still using that heatpump. The second call (a year later) was for a totally unrelated failure that was resolved with replacement parts. We just had Raul out to perform a complete service on both of our units. Raul was the most thorough and conscientious technician I have ever seen work at our house. The initial readings he took indicated a poroblem that would require additional cost which I verbally approved. Fortunately, when Raul attached the gauges and equipment required for the repair, he got a different reading. After consulting technical help and conducting additional diagnosis, Raul came to me and told me that our unit is fine and the issue was caused by faulty test readings. The extra work and cost was not necessary.In summary, I truly believe the team at Reliance is the most honest and trustworthy service team that we have worked with. They will get the call every time at our house.

Azel was our technician. He was courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. At first, the first time Azel came out, we were unable to have the problem, repeat itself. He was able to get us up and running with a minimal charge for coming out then after a couple of days, the problem arose again, and they were very quick to respond and reschedule another appointment. Azel said we needed a safety rollout switch which was unavailable at the time, so he ordered it, it came in a couple weeks later. In the mean time he was able to get our A/C up and running. Our system is OLD and needs to be replaced, but of course it is not cheap. In the meantime we got a quote for a new system thru Reliance and it was a fair quote compared to others we have gotten. I can only give them the highest marks for value for your money and phenomenal customer service.

Outstanding service from Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning. I had an issue with my a/c not cooling during 110 degree AZ heat. I called Reliance after hours on a weekend. First thing Monday morning they had me scheduled for a service visit the same afternoon. Technicians had the problem troubleshot and determined the issue was covered under a warranty. Parts were replaced and I was charged a very reasonable service visit and diagnostic. A/C was working great within 90 minutes of their arrival. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone - customer service is lost on a lot of companies but Reliance really has it dialed in!

Had an excellent experience recently with Reliance. I don't normally give out 5 star reviews but in this case it's absolutely warranted and I'd use them again without question for any AC issue I have in the future.Scheduling was very easy. I got my arrival window advisory via txt the previous day, and then the next day a txt to let me know that the technician was on his way. That message showed me a photograph of the technician, Tristan, along with some brief details about him, when he started with the company, his hobbies, and a useful link to track his progress which brought up a map view showing his truck location. Definitely appreciated the abundance of info here; while all that really mattered to me was how long the serviceperson would take to get to my house, others may feel more comfortable knowing what their tech looks like. Always nice to have a personal touch, regardless.Tristan was very professionally presented, friendly and got straight to work on the roof, setting up a new PVC drain line from my AC unit, washing down the inside and outside with mild detergent and later even testing pressure and in/out temperatures to ensure that the unit was functioning to spec. He took photos roofside and showed me the cleaning process, before and after pics, and of course the new drain line.Everything was done in a very reasonable timeframe, at an extremely reasonable cost (FAR cheaper than their more famous competition had quoted.) The cost, quality of service, quality of technician and their en-route notification technology is beyond what I was expecting. Not hard to see why they've got such fantastic reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor.1000% recommend this company.
