Meet Our Team

Brandi

Brandi joined the Reliance team in 2024 as our Install Coordinator.  She has been in the HVAC industry since 2002.  Brandi has three children and four grandchildren.  She also has one fur baby named Joey.  In her spare time, Brandi enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her grandkids.

Jamie

Jamie joined the Reliance team in 2022. He is our warehouse coordinator. Jamie has one dog. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys playing golf and hockey.

Rachael

Service Coordinator

Rachael is our Service Coordinator. She has been with us since December of 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys playing hockey and creating art. She always loves spending time with her husband and friends. She has two dogs and a cat.

Tristan

Service Technician

Tristan is a service technician. He has been with us since February of 2024. Tristan has one cat. In his spare time he enjoys playing the piano, working out, and reading.

Christina

Service Manager

Christina is the Service Manager for Reliance.  She joined the Reliance team in May of 2022.  In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, and listening to Christian music.  She also enjoys going to the movies, especially anything Marvel.  She likes exercising, mostly yoga, and meditating as well.  Christina enjoys treating herself to mani/pedis when she can!  Christina has been married to her husband since 2013 and they have a son named Gunner, and three cats.Christina entered the HVAC industry in 2011 as a service technician.  She worked for almost 7 years as an operations manager for an HVAC company.  Christina has comprehensive knowledge of the HVAC industry, from field work to office work, and everything in between.  She is thankful to find something that she is passionate about.

Mercedes

CSR

Mercedes is one of the friendly voices that you will hear when you call Reliance. She joined the team in June of 2024 as one of our CSR’s. Mercedes has two fur-babies and in her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching TV, and hanging with her family.

Nicole

Bookkeeper

Nicole has been with us since February 2015. She is our Office Manager. She creates daily reports for the company and also oversees the day to day activities in the office. Nicole recently attended school and received a degree in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination. In her spare time she enjoys hiking.

Lucas

Warehouse Coordinator

Lucas is currently working in our warehouse and is doing an apprenticeship to become a technician with Reliance. Lucas joined the team in May of 2024. In his spare time, Lucas enjoys working on cars and learning new skills. He like playing the guitar, playing sports, and going to the gym.

Raul

Service Technician

Raul is a service technician. He joined the Reliance team in 2022. In his spare time Raul likes to play basketball and spend time watching movies with his family. Raul has been in the HVAC industry for around 5 years.

Kevin

Installer

Kevin is an Installer for Reliance and has been with us since March of 2021. Kevin enjoys hiking and exploring new places in his spare time. He also enjoys working on his car and crafting things.

Daniel

Comfort Consultant

Daniel has been in the HVAC industry since 2009, and is NATE certified. He joined the Reliance family in April 2014 as our lead technician. Daniel is happily married with three children. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys building things and, also, likes doing any type of outdoor activity.

Jose

Lead Installer

Jose has been with us since October 2015 as our full-time installer. He attended Arizona Vocational Training Institute where he received his HVAC Service Technician Certification. He is also NATE certified. Jose is married and has four young children, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Enrique

Lead Installer

Enrique has been with Reliance since June 2016 as a full-time installer. He is NATE certified. Enrique is married with 2 children. In his spare time, Enrique enjoys playing soccer, and mountain biking.

Azel

Technician

Azel is one of our technicians. He is married and has a pet Golden Retriever. Azel received his certification in HVAC at National Technical Institute (NTI). IN his spare time, Azel loves playing any type of sport, but mostly enjoys soft pitch baseball.

Brayden

Technician

Brayden is a Technician. Growing up in the business, he is 3rd generation in HVAC. He has a dog named Ali. In his spare time, Brayden enjoys being outdoors, watching sports, and playing golf.

Eliseo

Technician

Eliseo is a technician and has been with Reliance since 2023.  He enjoys playing video games and hanging out with friends in his spare time.  He has one cat.

Ali

Mascot

Ali is the Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning mascot. She comes to the office every day and gives warm greetings to any and all that come through our doors. See if you can spot her picture on the back of our install trucks while driving around town!

Dutchess

Mascot

Dutchess is our second mascot who recently joined the Reliance family. She loves people and other animals too! She will also give you warm greetings when you visit us at our office.
