We had contacted three different companies. One offered an unknown AC unit. It was about $3000 less than the quote we received from Reliance. Other company quoted a unit Trane no longer makes. That’s fine, but they never came out. So it was hard to say if that quote would have increased based on what they found.

Daniel came out to do our quote and spent a good hour with us explaining the system. He inspected the attic more thoroughly than the other person who quoted us for a non-trane system. He had answers for all of our questions and suggested a unit that wasn’t top of the line.

Everyone came to the house on time. They were able to do the installation of our new AC unit in one day. We would like to thank Kevin and Eliseo for the fantastic job they did. I don’t even remember them going to lunch if they did at all.

We had a 19 seer Trane replaced by an 18 seer. And I swear it feels colder at the same temperature our prior AC was set at.

Thank you for the great job all three of you did.

Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning have been great from beginning to end. I called just to schedule a routine maintenance check up on my HVAC system. They had an available technician early in the afternoon today instead of later in the week. Their technician, Azel, was amazing! He communicated to me that he was on his way and arrived on time as promised. He was very thorough with the inspection process. My upstairs area is carpeted , so he had shoe covers when he went upstairs to check my air duct system which was very courteous of him. Went over the breakdown of what he saw and made some suggestions on what needed to be done. He did the routine maintenance and replaced certain parts that were rusty and rundown. He kept his area clean. Now my HVAC system is ready for the hot Arizona summer weather! I would highly recommend Reliance with your HVAC needs!

Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning is superb! This company has been exceptional since day 1. From the sales guy at the home and garden expo, the first in home consultation, next day delivery and installation and our first service maintainace.

Company communicates very well with the customer in regards to scheduling service appointments and arrival time. They have reached out multiple times to set up a service appointments and worked with my work availability. Next day service; couldn't be any better than that. Raul was our technician for our service and was promt, professional and polite.

Another new first-time totally pleased Reliance 5 Star customer. I was impressed by owner Dalen when I began having Trane a/c unit problems. After reviewing several firms, I decided to try Reliance for a new install. Perfect experience. The entire office, sales and install team is super. They do what they say they'll do. We had an awesome experience with Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning! We won their contest for the oldest A/C unit! They gave us a free unit and free install. They were all very nice and very professional from Daniel, Rachel, Mercedes, and Jose. We are so grateful for their kindness and generosity!
