Contest Rules

Full Contest Rules:

• The contest is only open to owner‑occupied, single‑family homes with forced-air central HVAC systems. Window A/C Units and Through-the-Wall Units are excluded.
  
• Entrants must own the home entered in the contest and reside within our service area. Void where prohibited by law.
  
• Entry details must include homeowner’s name, address, email address, phone number and the age of the unit.
  
• Entrants must be 21 years or older.
  
• Entries must be received by 11/30/24. One entry per person. One entry per home.
  
• Reliance will determine the winning entry based upon the actual age, or age as assessed with an onsite evaluation by Reliance AC. All decisions are final.
  
• The winner will be selected on 12/15/24 and informed by telephone or email prior to social media announcements.
  
• The winner will be posted online at relianceac.com and social platforms by 12/31/2024.
  
• The winning entry will agree to Reliance using the homeowner’s name, city location and images of the old and new ACs in announcements and promotions.
  
• Prize is non‑transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  
• No entry fee or purchase is required.
  
• The odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
  
• Employees of Reliance and their family members as well as prior installations are not eligible.
