Reliance Heating and AC was a great referral from a friend! Daniel, the installation supervisor, was quick to respond to text messages or phone calls and answered all of my questions promptly. He demonstrated excellent communication skills and customer service. His estimate was $1200 less than another company’s and he got me on the schedule right away! Kevin and Carlos, the installation technicians were equally courteous and professional. They were on time, hard-working, courteous and very thorough. They kept my house as clean as possible while they worked and warned me when work would get loud or when they were testing the system. The kindness, professionalism, and value of this company is exactly what I expect, but don’t often see. I highly recommend Reliance!

I recently purchased a Split Air/Heat unit (rave reviews from my next-door neighbor) to help cool and heat part of my historic home. My salesman, Daniel, reviewed all aspects of the unit, gave me great advice on the location, was super-nice, and even showed up for the installation. My installers, Kevin and Eliseo showed up right on time and texted me when they were 1/2 away. They covered the install room in plastic, cleaned up after the install, wore shoe coverings, and even found time to pet my dogs. The pricing on the unit was competitive and came with a warranty. I'm ready for a hot summer!

Ac unit didn’t work and I made the call first thing in the morning and the lady on the phone sent Brayden out just a couple hours after! He fixed it quickly and was very knowledgeable, also giving me future considerations with the unit! I know who I’m gonna call next time!
Tristan was thorough, efficient, very nice, and explained everything well to someone who doesn't know all the AC things. He went above and beyond to say the least. Also a very fair price for an AC tune-up. We will be using Reliance again!

We had contacted three different companies. One offered an unknown AC unit. It was about $3000 less than the quote we received from Reliance. Other company quoted a unit Trane no longer makes. That’s fine, but they never came out. So it was hard to say if that quote would have increased based on what they found.
Daniel came out to do our quote and spent a good hour with us explaining the system. He inspected the attic more thoroughly than the other person who quoted us for a non-trane system. He had answers for all of our questions and suggested a unit that wasn’t top of the line.
Everyone came to the house on time. They were able to do the installation of our new AC unit in one day. We would like to thank Kevin and Eliseo for the fantastic job they did. I don’t even remember them going to lunch if they did at all.
We had a 19 seer Trane replaced by an 18 seer. And I swear it feels colder at the same temperature our prior AC was set at.
Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning have been great from beginning to end. I called just to schedule a routine maintenance check up on my HVAC system. They had an available technician early in the afternoon today instead of later in the week. Their technician, Azel, was amazing! He communicated to me that he was on his way and arrived on time as promised. He was very thorough with the inspection process. My upstairs area is carpeted , so he had shoe covers when he went upstairs to check my air duct system which was very courteous of him. Went over the breakdown of what he saw and made some suggestions on what needed to be done. He did the routine maintenance and replaced certain parts that were rusty and rundown. He kept his area clean. Now my HVAC system is ready for the hot Arizona summer weather! I would highly recommend Reliance with your HVAC needs!
